Ask CoreGPT about your schedule in plain words. It can find free time, prepare you for meetings, and create, move or cancel events. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Open CoreGPT in Calendar

1

Install it once

Install GPT for Google Workspace™ from the Google Workspace Marketplace. See Install for Google Workspace.
2

Open the side panel

In Google Calendar, click the CoreGPT icon in the panel on the right.

Ask about your calendar

Type a question or an instruction under Ask about your calendar and click Ask AI. Or start with one of the suggestions under Try asking:
  • What’s on this week?
  • Find free time this week
  • Prep my next meeting
More examples:
  • “Move my 1:1 to Friday 2pm”
  • “Block 2 hours for focus time tomorrow morning”
  • “Cancel my meetings on Thursday afternoon”

Nothing changes until you confirm

When your request would create, move or delete events, CoreGPT shows the changes first under Confirm these changes. Review them, then click Confirm, or Cancel to leave your calendar as it is.

Work with an event

Open an event and the panel shows AI actions for this event: Under Quick questions: What should I prepare?, Who is attending? and Move to tomorrow. Click Save as new Doc to keep an agenda or summary in your Drive.
A brand-new event has to be saved first. Then CoreGPT can read it.

Plans

  • Free: free credits to try it.
  • Standard: unlimited use.
  • Premium: unlimited use with the smartest AI models, better scheduling and richer meeting prep.
Calendar is also included in the Google Workspace suite plan.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the side panel on the right is showing and reload Calendar. If it’s still missing, reinstall the add-on from the Marketplace.
Confirm changes soon after they’re shown. If they expire, ask again and confirm the new list.
CoreGPT tells you how many changes were applied. Check the events that weren’t changed (for example, events you don’t own can’t be moved) and try again.
