Installation & Setup

Installation takes 3 simple steps:
  1. Open your app (Google Docs, Sheets, Outlook, etc.)
  2. Go to Extensions/Apps → Get Add-ons
  3. Search for the app name and click Install

Some organizations require admin approval for third-party apps. Contact your IT department to approve ChatGPT AI for Workspace and the Microsoft 365 apps. Once approved, you can install them normally.
The app needs permission to access your documents. Click Grant permissions and allow access to:
  • Read and modify your documents
  • Display content in sidebars/panels
This is required for the app to work properly.
Try these steps:
  1. Refresh your browser or app
  2. Sign out and sign back in
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Try a different browser
If the issue persists, contact support.
Make sure you’re searching in the correct marketplace:
  • Google Workspace: Use the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for “ChatGPT AI for Workspace”
  • Microsoft 365: Use the Microsoft AppSource and search for the specific app name (ChatGPT AI for Outlook, ChatGPT for OneNote, CoreGPT AI MeetSync)

Features & Usage

Basic steps:
  1. Select text or content you want help with
  2. Open the app (Extensions → App Name → Launch)
  3. Choose an action (Rewrite, Summarize, Translate, etc.)
  4. Review the result and insert if you like it

Most results appear in 2-5 seconds. Complex requests may take a bit longer. If it takes more than 10 seconds, try refreshing and trying again.
You can change the app interface language through the language selector:
  1. Open the CoreGPT app in your document
  2. Look for the language dropdown menu (usually shows current language like “English”)
  3. Click the dropdown to see all available languages
  4. Search for your language by typing (e.g., “Spanish”, “Français”, “中文”)
  5. Click to select your preferred language
The app interface will change to your selected language immediately. The app supports 20 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Turkish, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Korean, and Hebrew.

Account & Billing

You can upgrade directly from the CoreGPT sidebar in your app. Click Upgrade and choose your plan. You’ll have access to premium features immediately.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You’ll have access until the end of your billing period.
You can update your billing information in your account settings.
Yes. You can also download invoices from your account settings.

Troubleshooting

Try being more specific in your request:
  • Instead of “Make it better,” try “Rewrite in a professional tone”
  • Instead of “Summarize,” try “Summarize in 2-3 sentences”
  • Provide more context about what you want
Common errors and solutions:
  • “Permission denied”: Grant CoreGPT permission to access your document
  • “Network error”: Check your internet connection
  • “Quota exceeded”: You’ve reached your usage limit for the month
