Uninstall CoreGPT Apps

If you need to uninstall ChatGPT AI for Workspace or any of the Microsoft 365 apps, follow the instructions below for your platform.

Google Workspace Apps

Uninstall ChatGPT AI for Workspace

ChatGPT AI for Workspace works with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms. Uninstalling it will remove it from all four apps.

Open any Google app

Open Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Forms.

Open Extensions menu

Click Extensions in the menu bar.

Manage add-ons

Click Manage add-ons.

Find ChatGPT AI for Workspace

Look for “ChatGPT AI for Workspace” in the list.

Click the three dots

Click the three dots (⋮) next to the app name.

Select Uninstall

Click Uninstall from the dropdown menu.

Confirm uninstall

Click Uninstall again to confirm.
The add-on will be removed from all your Google Workspace apps immediately.

Microsoft 365 Apps

Uninstall ChatGPT AI for Outlook

Open Outlook

Open Outlook (web or desktop version).

Access add-ins

  • Web: Click New Message, then click the three dots (…) below the message
  • Desktop: Click Home → Get Add-ins

Find My add-ins

Click My add-ins or Manage add-ins.

Locate ChatGPT AI for Outlook

Find “ChatGPT AI for Outlook” in the list.

Remove the add-in

Click the three dots next to the app and select Remove.

Confirm removal

Click Remove again to confirm.

Close and reopen Outlook

Close Outlook completely and reopen it. The add-in will be removed.

Uninstall ChatGPT for OneNote

Open OneNote

Open OneNote (web or desktop version).

Access add-ins

Click Insert in the menu bar, then click Get Add-ins.

Find My add-ins

Click My add-ins or Manage add-ins.

Locate ChatGPT for OneNote

Find “ChatGPT for OneNote” in the list.

Remove the add-in

Click the three dots next to the app and select Remove.

Confirm removal

Click Remove again to confirm.

Close and reopen OneNote

Close OneNote completely and reopen it. The add-in will be removed.

Uninstall CoreGPT AI MeetSync for Teams

Open Microsoft Teams

Open Teams in your web browser or desktop app.

Access apps

Click Apps in the left sidebar.

Find CoreGPT AI MeetSync

Search for “CoreGPT AI MeetSync” or find it in your installed apps.

Open app options

Click the three dots (…) next to the app name.

Remove the app

Click Remove from the dropdown menu.

Confirm removal

Click Remove again to confirm.

Close and reopen Teams

Close Teams completely and reopen it. The app will be removed.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you’re looking in the correct place:
  • Google Workspace: Extensions → Manage add-ons
  • Outlook: New Message → … → My add-ins
  • OneNote: Insert → Get Add-ins → My add-ins
  • Teams: Apps → search for the app name
This usually means you don’t have permission to uninstall. Contact your IT administrator if you’re on a work account.
Try these steps:
  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Sign out completely
  3. Sign back in
  4. Refresh the page
If the issue persists, contact support.
Your organization may have restricted uninstall permissions. Contact your IT department to:
  • Request permission to uninstall the app
  • Or uninstall it for you
