# Team Plans

> Share one CoreGPT plan with your team: invite teammates, add seats, manage roles and let colleagues join with their company email.

**Premium** and **Business** [suite plans](/getting-started/plans-and-credits.md) can be shared with a team. Everyone uses the same credit pool in every app of the suite, and you get one bill.

## How seats work

* **Each seat is one person**, including you. Each seat adds its monthly credits to the shared pool.
* **Premium** starts at 1 seat. **Business** starts at 3 seats.
* **Adding seats** is charged right away to the card on file, only for the time left in your current billing period. The extra credits are added straight away.
* **Removing seats** takes effect immediately, with no refund for the current period. You can't go below the number of people on the team.

To change seats, open the [dashboard](https://coregptapps.com/dashboard), go to **Billing**, set the number under **Seats** and click **Confirm and pay** (or **Confirm** when removing).

## Invite teammates

**1. Open the Team page**

Sign in to the [dashboard](https://coregptapps.com/dashboard) and click **Team**.

**2. Send an invite**

Under **Invite teammates**, enter their email and click **Send invite**. If all seats are taken, add a seat first.

**3. They accept**

They get an email with a link. They sign in with **that same email** and accept. The invite expires after 14 days; you can revoke it before then.

**4. They start using it**

They open any app in the suite and sign in with the invited email. The app picks up the team plan by itself.

> [!TIP]
>
> Invites can go to any email address, including a teammate's personal Gmail or Outlook address.

## Let colleagues join with their company email (Business)

On **Business**, you can turn on **Join by company email** on the **Team** page and enter your company domain (for example `company.com`). Anyone who signs in with an email at that domain joins your team automatically, as long as a seat is free.

* It must be your own company domain, the same as the team owner's email.
* Public email domains like gmail.com or outlook.com can't be used.

## Roles

| Role | Can do |
| - | - |
| **Owner** | Everything: billing, seats, plan, invites, roles. The person who bought the plan. |
| **Admin** | Invite and remove members and change roles. |
| **Member** | Use the plan in every app. |

## Leaving a team

Members can leave at any time: in the dashboard, go to **Team** (or **Settings**) and click **Leave team**. Your apps go back to your own plan, or the free plan.

The owner can't leave their own team. To stop paying for it, [cancel the plan](/help-support/manage-subscription.md).

## Common questions

> **Can I use the team plan in both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?**
>
> A team plan covers one suite. If your team uses both, each suite needs its own plan. A person can be on one Microsoft 365 team and one Google Workspace team.

> **My teammate accepted but the app still shows the free plan**
>
> Make sure they're signed in to the app with the exact email that was invited. Then close and reopen the app.

> **Someone on the team used up the credits**
>
> Credits are shared, so heavy use by one person affects everyone. The owner can buy top-up credits under **Billing**, add seats, or upgrade to Business for a bigger allowance per seat.

> **I was on a team that ended. Can I buy my own plan?**
>
> Yes. When a team's plan ends, its members can buy their own plan from the pricing page. If the team is still active, leave it first on the **Team** page.
